We can handle software setup, onboarding, payroll runs, deductions, benefit programs, union dues, WSIB, remittances, and CRA filings among other things.
For smaller payrolls, just shoot us an email each period with the hours worked. We'll reply with password-protected pay stubs showing the net pay. For larger payrolls, we'll work with you to develop processes that are efficient, accurate, and easy to maintain.
At the end of each reporting period, we'll send a summary showing what you owe the CRA. These payments are usually due by the 15th of the following month.
For advanced features, such as employee portals or direct deposit, you will need a subscription such as Quickbooks Online Payroll. If you don't need all the trimmings, we have software that will meet your needs at no additional cost.
Our price depends on both the amount of employees and payroll frequency. For example, three employees on a bi-weekly payroll average about $60/month for everything.
